Fertigen For Her and For Him — boxes and daily sachets For Her & For Him

Precision fertility, by design.

Two tailored formulas — 90 sachets, 30 days each — built around the science of egg and sperm quality.

The Fertigen system

A system, not a supplement.

Three daily sachets, timed across the day so each active is absorbed when it works best.

01MorningEmpty stomach02DaytimeWith a meal03Before bedWind-down

Why three? Each dose is timed for absorption — iron on an empty stomach, CoQ10 and vitamin D with dietary fat, calming minerals at night — while keeping nutrients that compete (like iron and zinc) hours apart and each dose gentle on the stomach.

Dosed to the evidence

Therapeutic doses, not RDIs.

Key actives at the levels fertility research points to — CoQ10, myo-inositol and NAC included in full, not token amounts.

Our mission

RND Supplements exists to close the gap between what fertility research demonstrates and what most supplements actually deliver.

Too many prenatal and fertility products are formulated to basic reference intakes — the level that prevents deficiency, not the level the evidence points to for reproductive health. We formulate to therapeutic doses, using natural, painstakingly sourced ingredients held to a clinical standard. Our purpose is to make rigorous, evidence-based fertility nutrition the norm rather than the exception, and to give everyone trying to conceive a foundation they — and their clinicians — can trust.

Therapeutic dosing

Formulated to the levels the research points to — not the basic reference intakes that merely prevent deficiency.

Evidence as standard

Rigorous, research-led formulation made the norm rather than the exception.

For everyone trying to conceive

A foundation that people, and their clinicians, can trust.

Naturally, carefully sourced

Natural, painstakingly sourced ingredients held to a clinical standard.

The gap in the market

Most fertility supplements stop at "enough to avoid deficiency".

Reference intakes (RDIs) are set to prevent deficiency in the general population. For several nutrients, the research relevant to fertility points to materially higher, therapeutic doses.

Fertigen is built to close that gap — delivering the actives with the strongest fertility research at the doses that research actually indicates.

Introducing Fertigen

A comprehensive fertility formulation — at therapeutic doses.

Each active is included at a level the research supports, not a token amount. A selection of the key ingredients:

Co‑Q10500 mg

Supports mitochondrial energy production in developing eggs.

Myo‑Inositol4 g

Supports insulin sensitivity, follicular development and ovulation; particularly relevant to PCOS.

NAC1,500 mg

Antioxidant support that helps reduce oxidative stress.

Active folatetherapeutic

Methylated folate at an effective dose to support a healthy foundation.

Vitamin D2,000 IU

Supports reproductive health at levels research indicates, not just baseline intake.

Choline700 mg

Supports follicular development and ovarian function.

How Fertigen compares

Meeting the therapeutic dose for fertility.

A tick means the product provides that active at a dose in the therapeutic range indicated by fertility research — not merely at reference-intake levels.

Why it's different, distilled

Not just a supplement — a system.

Fertigen isn't one tablet taken once a day. It's a three-dose daily protocol, formulated so each nutrient reaches you at the right time, in the right company, in a form the body can absorb. Three factors decide how the doses are split:

01 · Dose timing

When, not just what

Some actives work best as a single larger dose; others as smaller amounts spread across the day. Each is placed in the dose where it performs best.

02 · Nutrient interactions

Absorbed, not blocked

Certain nutrients compete for absorption or inhibit one another. Separating them across three doses protects bioavailability, so each active is actually taken up rather than cancelled out.

03 · Food & tolerance

Timed to your day

Some nutrients are best on an empty stomach, others alongside a meal. Each dose is aligned to food to improve uptake and reduce digestive discomfort.

Powder, not pills. Each dose is a single-serve sachet of powder — stirred into water or your drink of choice, in a range of flavours — rather than a handful of tablets to swallow.

Where the evidence is strongest

The three actives with the strongest fertility research — CoQ10, myo-inositol and NAC — are each delivered at therapeutic doses within the system, not token amounts.
